We’re in the service business, so we’ve looked at ways to make it easier for you to do business with us. Here are just some of the things you can count on.
Our customer-centered approach comes with some guarantees:
- 3-day guarantee on claim turnaround time
- We will absolutely guarantee a 3-day turnaround time on claims OR your claim is free (no administration fee will be charged). Provided …
- The information you submit is complete and correct. (Most of the errors are in the calculations on the claim form. If you use our online form, the calculations are done for you.)
- The reimbursement (via electronic funds transfer) or by cheque will be processed within 3 business days from the day we receive the claim.
- Options on claims
- We give you some options. If you’ve paid out-of-pocket for your healthcare expenses, the fastest way to be reimbursed is by electronic transfer of funds into your account.
- If you prefer the paper way to the electronic one, we can issue and mail out a cheque.
- If you have a special situation, we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
- Same day courier service
- For large claim amounts and special situations, we can arrange same-day courier service to minimize the lag time between when you pay and when you get reimbursed.
- These requests require special coordination. Please call 1-888-214-3211.
- One business day turnaround on request
- We will respond to your calls and emails within one business day. Guaranteed.
- Online account administration (to be available soon)
- This allows you to make changes to your account information, as well as add or remove employee information. This is designed to make the administration process as painless and time-efficient as possible.
