bizflex Guaranteed Issue (GI) provides Critical Care coverage on a guaranteed issue basis for bizflex members.
No medical questionnaires. No questions asked.
- If you are diagnosed with any one of 18 covered illnesses, you will receive a lump sum tax-free 30 days after your diagnosis (subject to policy definitions).
- In the event of your accidental death, $25,000 will be paid tax-free to your designated beneficiary.
This complements our bizflex solutions and is available to members under the age of 70. bizflex will manage the administration of these plans to ensure that you have a single source for payment of your entire group benefits program.
